Meet Kristy Brown

I'm Kristy Brown, a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Gold, proudly serving Martin, St. Lucie, Palm Beach, and surrounding counties since 2001. Born and raised in Palm Beach County and a Martin County resident for the past 12 years, I have extensive knowledge of the South Florida market and the communities I serve.

With over 24 years of experience, I help first-time buyers, growing families, downsizers, investors, and new construction buyers achieve their real estate goals. I combine expert market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and personalized service to help buyers find the right home and sellers achieve the best possible price and terms.

My degree in Interior Design and certification in Home Staging and Redesign allow me to help buyers see a home's potential and help sellers prepare their homes to stand out, sell faster, and maximize value.

Honesty, integrity, communication, and treating every client like family are the foundation of my business. My goal is to build lasting relationships by providing exceptional service before, during, and long after closing.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our four children, and our large extended family. We love boating, the beach, traveling, and making the most of Florida's outdoor lifestyle. My faith and family inspire the way I live and serve others.
